Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Sample and inspect imported finished goods in accordance with current GMP requirements and local SOP procedures. Provide samples and associated documentation to the required departments and laboratory. Operate and maintain company van for collection of samples from third party logistics provider.
• Maintain temperature data logger program including retrieval of data loggers for each shipment. Track warehouse/shipping temperature reports and shipping excursions investigations. Monitor disposition and calibration of data loggers in line with current procedures.
• Assist Quality Assurance associates in revewing investigations, product deviations and other GMP records as part of QA batch release activities. Review manufacturing/packaging masters and executed master documents including validation protocols or reports.
• Manage and track sample requests from internal and external Viatris departments.
• Enter and maintain inventory information in the retention sample program. Responsible for documenting placement of samples in the program, and destruction of expired stock.
• Sort, organize and update departmental GMP documentation data in SAP and TrackWise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• Associate's degree/college diploma or equivalent.
• GMP Environment Exposure (2 to 5 years).
• Direct pharmaceutical manufactruing experience is an asset.
• Identify any specific technical competencies that are required for this role.
• Direct pharmaceutical manufacturing expereince is an asset.
• Strong working knowledge of Canadian GMPs.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent technical writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meeting deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Good at conflict resolution.
• Adaptable to different work environments and situations.
• Must be accurate and detail-oriented.
• Light. Some physical demand. Often lifts light-weight material up to 20 lbs. May involve walking, standing, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling.
• Can understand technical documents and can communicate description of problems and solutions.
