We're partnering with one of Canada's leading Big 4 Consulting firms and a Global Workday Partner to recruit experienced Workday Payroll Consultants to join its growing Workday practice.
This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside some of Canada's leading Workday professionals, delivering large-scale enterprise Payroll transformation programs for well-known organizations across multiple industries.
Joining an established and highly successful Workday practice, you'll lead Workday Payroll implementations from discovery through deployment, work closely with senior client stakeholders, and play a key role in delivering complex Payroll transformation projects while continuing to develop your career within one of Canada's premier consulting firms.
Whether you're an experienced Senior Consultant, Manager or Senior Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work on flagship Workday implementations, mentor junior consultants, develop trusted client relationships and continue progressing within an established Workday consulting practice.

Requirements
๐น Fluent English and French (essential) ๐น Previous consulting experience delivering Workday Payroll implementation projects ๐น Hands-on Workday Payroll implementation experience across multiple full lifecycle projects ๐น Experience delivering 4+ full lifecycle Workday Payroll implementations ๐น Experience leading client workshops, gathering business requirements, solution design and stakeholder management ๐น Strong functional knowledge of Workday Payroll and Payroll best practices ๐น Experience leading Payroll workstreams and supporting successful deployment and go-live activities ๐น Strong consulting, communication and stakeholder management skills ๐น Leadership experience, or the potential to step into a Manager or Senior Manager role
