Food Production Attendant
About the role
Position Overview Under the general direction of the Food Services Manager or Area Supervisor, and while demonstrating a commitment to the Mission, Values and Management Philosophy of St. Boniface Hospital, the Food Production Attention is responsible for: assembling specified recipes and/or assisting the Cooks with the preparation of foods as specified by the menu; and performing other related duties as assigned.
Experience Six (6) months food service preparation experience.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Grade 10.
Certification/Licensure/Registration Not Applicable
Qualifications and Skills Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Manual skills.
Physical Requirements Ability to walk/stand throughout the shift. Demonstrated good personal cleanliness. Ability to lift and move moderately heavy objects. Ability to withstand heat and steam.

The successful candidate will be responsible for any service charges incurred. A security check is considered current if it was obtained no more than six (6) months prior to the start of employment.
