##Responsibilities

Description:

• Participating in preparation and reviews of financial and regulatory reporting
• Staying up to date on accounting standards and regulatory changes; assessing their impact on the firm
• Analyzing the impact of identified internal and external findings on the financial statements and regulatory reporting.
• Preparing and presenting areas of improvement to senior management and business units.
• Making sure that the accounts on our books are substantiated, reconciliations are monitored, and breaks are cleared on due time.
• Accountable for the production of Group quarterly packages and for the monitoring of outsourced services.
• Monitor accounting feed to have accurate accounting data.
• Periodical reviewing of Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
• Liaising with external / internal auditors.
• Participating actively in projects when relevant

Profile:

• Strong analytical skills
• Financial services accounting or audit background
• Capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Ability to communicate issues effectively.
• Collective and team spirit mindset

LANGUAGE:

Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
