As a key player in the financial services marketplace of Northern Ontario we are excited to announce that we are currently seeking a Human Resources Administrator (through the NOHFC Workforce Development Program).

The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for providing confidential and comprehensive administrative support across all areas of Human Resources. Key responsibilities include assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, administering employee benefits and recognition programs, supporting health and safety initiatives, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and information.

Preferred candidates will possess the following qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, energetic team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eager to learn and apply NCU’s systems, policies, and procedures.
