Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with District Managers and store teams to improve operational processes and customer experience.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of asset protection professionals.
  • Identify and address internal and external theft, safety risks, and liability concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and hazardous materials procedures.
  • Analyze data to uncover trends and implement corrective action plans.
  • Support stores in executing operational programs and achieving financial targets.
  • Respond to emergencies and critical incidents across the territory.
  • Implement prescribed shrink reduction programs tailored to trends and patterns, identified in the assigned stores & districts.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to align shrink strategies with business goals.
  • Analyze shrink data to identify trends, root causes, and high-risk areas.
  • Train store teams on shrink awareness, theft deterrence, and proper inventory handling.
  • Ensure adherence to inventory control procedures, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with Store Managers and District Managers to support shrink reduction efforts.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to improve operational execution.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to influence and collaborate in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proven experience in multi-site operations, asset protection, and safety.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
