On the Consumer and Small business team you’ll work across a portfolio of brands and solutions. Name and description of the hiring department:
The candidate is required to work with multiple systems to process orders for equipment and services. He must communicate with the customers to answer various requests for services, to clarify the details of the orders, contracts and emitted invoices. The tasks include ensuring the delivery of equipment and services to customers and the continuous update of the data relating to customer’s orders.
Job Duties / Accountabilities:
- Maintain control of the process from beginning to end for clients
- Communicate with other services and partners to coordinate a response adapted to the specific needs of the client
- Prepare and make arrangements for ordering of equipment while meeting deadlines, and track orders until execution: prepare bids, proposals and contracts with precision
- Perform pre-sales activities, point of contact with sales and supplier
- Ensure that the orders meet the business requirements (contract / purchase order, special discount, warehouse, shipping and billing information)
- Ensure the execution of the order and follow up with the customer to ensure his satisfaction
In case of date change, check the availability of the equipment with the supplier and coordinate activities with internal and external partners (manufacturers) and external customers - Ensure the delivery of the equipment
- Verify all change order and client's approval to ensure the accuracy of billing
- Detect and correct any errors
- Addressing inquiries from customers regarding billing
- Take calls from customers
- Always ensure that the SOX compliancy rules are maintained with each transaction
- Perform billing and credits in SAP
Essential Qualifications / Competencies:
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to learn new system quickly
- Abilities in interpersonal relationships required to be able to empathize with clients who raise concern and/or complaints
- Research skills: knowledge gathering information from various sources to track and update commands
- Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of the information and keep accurate records efficiently
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Strong planning and organization
- High adaptability to change
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Resistance to stress and handle multiple files

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook

- Experience in coordinating issues and liaison with suppliers and partners
- Verbal communication skills necessary to clarify points relating to orders and contracts
- Bilingual
Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:
- Advanced knowledge of SAP SD module P50 Business (contracts, orders and billing)
- Knowledge of UDB, UT and BSS
- Written Communication Skills for writing emails and notes
- Knowledge of direct sales products and systems
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
