Assignment:

• Part-time temporary replacement 0.933 FTE Educational Assistant position

• Duties to commence on August 27, 2025 and will continue until October 10, 2025

• Position will continue at a reduced FTE beyond October 10, 2025. Exact FTE is still to be determined

• To provide support and assistance to students in an Elementary School setting

Qualifications and/or Assets:

• Experience working with students with complex/severe needs
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive personality
• Calm and patient approach to solving problems
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented learning environment
• Background and/or experience with academic or behavioral needs Ability to work one on one with a student in an inclusive environment
• Experience and/or training as an Educational Assistant
