About the role
Alexandria Moulding is currently looking for a Supply Chain Clerk to join our VALUES based organization. The Supply Chain Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate tracking and documentation of all inbound domestic and import shipments, updating the ERP system, managing the receiving schedule, and ensuring receipt and invoice reconciliation. This role involves extensive use of the company’s ERP system and Microsoft Office and requires a high level of precision, accuracy, and service standards. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the position plays a key role in supporting on-time delivery and overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
- Support the Supply Chain Department in meeting its overall objectives
- Track Purchase Orders and monitor shipment progress, providing weekly status update reports
- Schedule and coordinate all receiving appointments
- Communicate with freight companies to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery
- Prepare and submit documentation for the Finance Department as part of the three-way matching process
- Identify and report discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders to the appropriate buyer
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the ERP system
- Collaborate closely with the Distribution Department on receiving operations
- Interaction daily with Customs Brokers and trucking companies to ensure timely shipments and deliveries
- Maintain a weekly tracking report for customer-direct deliveries
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly learn new tools and software systems
- Proactive, highly motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Work Environment:
- Operates in a professional office setting with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers
Required Credentials:

College Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent experience considered an asset

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and advanced Excel skills are considered an asset

Bilingual in English and French considered an asset

Flexible to travel within the US and Canada if required

Salary: $40,000 to $45,000 based on experience
