C&A Group is seeking a motivated and dependable Shipper/Receiver Assistant to join our Operations team in Lethbridge, Alberta.

In this hands-on role, you will support the efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipment of materials or products that help power projects across Western Canada. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in staying organized, and wants to build a rewarding career in logistics and operations.

Enjoy learning new skills and taking on new challenges Work well independently and as part of a team Have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude Are committed to quality workmanship What You'll Do As a Shipper/Receiver Assistant, you will: Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming materials and supplies Prepare and package outgoing shipments for customers, vendors, and project sites Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment Assist with inventory counts and stock organization Stage materials for production and project requirements Maintain clean and organized warehouse and yard areas Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, telehandlers, and company vehicles when trained and authorized Support daily housekeeping and 5S initiatives Assist with yard maintenance, snow removal, and general shop upkeep Follow all company safety policies and procedures while contributing to a strong safety culture What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment Valid Class 5 Driver's License Preferred Qualifications Warehouse, shipping, receiving, manufacturing, or logistics experience Forklift and/or telehandler experience Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Experience with shipping documentation, packing slips, and inventory records What You'll Gain Experience in shipping, logistics, inventory control, and equipment operation Training and certification opportunities Exposure to diverse manufacturing and construction projects Opportunities to develop new technical skills Potential for advancement within a growing Alberta-based company The chance to contribute to a strong safety-first culture and collaborative team environment Position Details Job Type: Full-Time Location: Lethbridge, AB Division: C&A Group Schedule: Monday to Friday, with overtime as required
