The Jokey Group consists of 14 production sites in 11 countries, employing over 2,500 employees and supplying customers in over 80 countries. We manufacture high quality injection moulded plastic buckets and lids for food and non-food items. Using monoplastics, we aim to decrease our environmental impact, and strengthen our contributions towards the development of a sustainable and circular economy.

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our Jokey North America team. Office hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm EST.

Position Responsibilities:

• Prepare Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) Programs;

• Use Mastercam (2025);

• Prepare set up sheets and tool lists;

• Collect data from blueprints, plans, work orders, and other materials;

• Write and interpret instructions and procedures to assemble equipment and products accurately;

• Setting up the CNC equipment with the correct attachments and parts to perform the job;

• Troubleshoot issues with the machine programming;

• Operate and monitor the CNC machine;

• Inspect and maintain the equipment;

• Follow safety protocol at all times;

• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members;

• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Computer and programming skills;

• Knowledge of Mastercam and Haas Controllers;

• Experience in Injection Moulding Manufacturing an asset;

• College CNC / CAM program required;

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy;

• Ability to set up large, heavy machinery;

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
