Student Success Advisor Canada's post-secondary landscape is changing, and Boreal Education is helping lead that shift. We're looking for a Student Success Advisor who brings genuine care for students and a drive to deliver results. The opportunity As a Student Success Advisor, you'll manage a portfolio of actively enrolled students, guiding them from registration through to graduation. You'll build real relationships, proactively identify risk, and use your judgment to keep students on track when life gets in the way. Every student you connect with is actively enrolled and working toward a real goal. Your role is to support them in getting there.
Within your first year, you'll have developed trusted relationships across your student portfolio, built deep fluency in your assigned program and partner institution, and established a track record of strong retention outcomes.
You will make an impact by: Building and maintaining strong student relationships through responsive, personalized communication that keeps them engaged and progressing Developing individualized study paths and supporting course selection decisions Monitoring student progress with regular check-ins, identifying at-risk signals early, and implementing strategies that can support. Maintaining accurate, timely records of all student interactions in our CRM Representing our university partners professionally in every student touchpoint
What you bring to the role: A genuine commitment to student success combined with the accountability mindset to own outcomes Excellent communication and active listening skills; you build trust quickly with people from a wide range of backgrounds Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload with minimal supervision Comfort with ambiguity and a self-starter orientation; you know when to escalate and when to solve Experience in education, advising, customer success, or a high-touch service environment is an asset A degree from a recognized university Legal authorization to work in Canada
