Required Skill Set
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and developers, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Design and implement QA strategies, including test plans, automation frameworks, and performance testing.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data validation scripts for large-scale banking applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to understand banking-specific requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian banking regulations, security standards, and internal guidelines.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across QA and database layers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and deployment.
Salary Range Format:
Base Salary Range: 90,000 CAD/Yr –120,000 CAD/Yr
