Position Overview Reporting to the Raw Materials Warehousing Supervisor, the Warehouse Team Lead will own the day-to-day leadership of all warehouse activities at our Scarborough facility. You’ll focus on inventory control, stock movement, and the inbound/outbound flow of raw materials, and you’ll lead process improvements that keep production supplied and running smoothly. You’ll support, coach and develop warehouse associates, fostering a learning environment grounded in our values: innovative, respectful, passionate, accountable, and entrepreneurial.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of ~20 hourly warehouse associates.
  • Oversee daily receiving, picking/packing, putaway and shipping to meet service, cost, and safety targets.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts, inbound/outbound audits and KPI tracking.
  • Manage stock movements and prioritize flow to production to prevent disruption.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce year-over-year costs.
  • Enforce health & safety protocols and ensure daily operational compliance.

Let's Talk About You

  • Experience in warehousing/distribution operations and frontline leadership.
  • Working knowledge of RF SMART (or similar) and Microsoft ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Forklift/Reach certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and people-leadership skills.
  • Strong work ethic, sound judgment and independent initiative.
  • Coaching mindset with the ability to delegate, give feedback and resolve workplace issues.
