Key Responsibilities :Feature Delivery: Own the end-to-end development, implementation, and deployment of complex features and core product modules .Code Implementation: Write clean, highly performant, scalable, and secure code while strictly adhering to modern coding standards .Problem Solving: Act as the go-to technical expert for troubleshooting, isolating, and fixing high-priority bugs or performance bottlenecks .Code Quality Assurance: Maintain exceptional quality standards by conducting thorough code reviews and enforcing automated testing strategies .Agile Execution: Work closely with product managers and scrum masters to break down user stories, estimate sprint efforts, and commit to predictable delivery timelines .Team Guidance: Support team growth by pair programming with peers, sharing development insights, and advocating for modern development methodologies

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications ):Experience: 5+ years of professional development experience building, shipping, and maintaining commercial software product s.Development Mastery: Expert proficiency in languages relevant to our stack, such as [e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, or Go ].Framework Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with modern frameworks and libraries like [e.g., React, Node.js, Spring Boot, .NET Core, or Django ].Data Integration: Strong competency in database query optimization, data indexing, and building efficient integrations with SQL or NoSQL database s.Tooling & Workflows: Expert knowledge of Git workflows, CI/CD automation pipelines, package managers, and container tools like Docke r.Collaborative Mindset: A proactive communicator who can collaborate effectively across a distributed team to get code safely into production.
