The OpportunityVoPay is looking for a Content & Social Media Manager to own the creation, management, and distribution of high-impact content that supports pipeline generation, sales enablement, and brand credibility.This is a hands-on, execution-focused role reporting to Marketing leadership and working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships. The ideal candidate understands how content supports a sales-led B2B motion and knows how to turn product value, customer proof, and industry insight into content that converts.
Role & Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management

Own the execution of VoPay’s content calendar across web, email, and social channels.

Write and publish weekly blog content focused on customer use cases, industry trends, and product value.

Produce monthly customer case studies in collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing.

Create sales-support content including blogs, landing pages, one-pagers, and partner collateral.

Repurpose long-form content into social posts, email copy, and campaign assets.
-
Track content performance and contribute to monthly reporting and insights.
-
Contribute to press releases, media pitches, and external communications.

Maintain consistency across corporate communication guidelines.

Develop content assets for webinars, conferences, and partner initiatives.
Thought Leadership & Executive Content

Develop and publish thought leadership content featuring VoPay leadership, including executive interviews, POV articles, and Q&A formats.

Translate leadership perspectives into high-quality written content aligned to VoPay’s product positioning and market strategy.

Support the preparation of op-eds, bylined articles, panel talking points, and podcast or event participation.

Repurpose executive thought leadership into blog content, social posts, sales enablement assets, and partner-facing materials.
Social Media & Distribution

Manage VoPay’s social media presence (primarily LinkedIn), focusing on distribution, consistency, and relevance.

Translate content into engaging social formats that support campaigns, product launches, and partner initiatives.

Maintain a social media content calendar aligned with marketing and sales priorities.
-
Monitor performance and optimize based on engagement, reach, and downstream impact.
-
Support employee and executive social amplification by repurposing approved content into ready-to-post formats.

Partner with leadership to highlight company milestones, product updates, and industry perspectives on LinkedIn.
Content Optimization & SEO

Ensure all content is clear, accurate, on-brand, and optimized for search.

Support on-page SEO efforts, including keyword usage, internal linking, and content updates.

Collaborate with Marketing Ops on performance tracking and reporting.
Campaign & Sales Enablement Support

Support demand generation and lead nurture campaigns with content for emails, landing pages, and ads.

Collaborate with Product Marketing to bring messaging frameworks to life through content.

Create and maintain content used by Sales for prospecting, demos, and follow-ups.
Skills & Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, marketing operations, or a similar role.

Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or related field.
-
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
-
Strong understanding of SEO, content formats, and digital marketing fundamentals.

Familiarity with G Suite, Jira, HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, Figma, and social media scheduling tools.

Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, independent and highly organized.
-
Ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and work well under pressure.
-
Positive, collaborative, and able to build strong relationships across teams.
Range based on experience: $75,000-$85,000
