##Position Summary

The Supply Group Administrator is responsible for overseeing the flow of materials and resources within McAsphalt, and ensuring efficient sourcing, purchasing, and distribution of goods and services.

##Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Create/update P.O.’s for our US vendors and orders outside of MCA logistics.
• Create/update sales and purchase agreements.
• Follow up with vendors on orders.
• Follow up with freight carriers and obtain rates.
• Create/update freights tables (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Review/approve/deny vendor invoices.
• Ensure accuracy of weekly supply report.
• Prepare/update various daily/weekly reports.

• A college diploma, or university degree in business administration, supply chain management, or another related field.
