Role Description
This hybrid role for a Salesperson is located in Mississauga, ON, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting Leaf Home’s home improvement solutions, and closing sales. Daily tasks include following up on leads, conducting product presentations, and maintaining customer relationships. Excellent communication and customer service skills are crucial to this role, as is a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Basic proficiency in computer skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in home improvement or related fields is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is advantageous
