Lead, ERP Support is a role in our Corporate IT team.

This is an office-based role with the option of a hybrid work arrangement. Must be available to come into the London, Ontario office 4 days per week. You have the ability to manage requirements elicitation activities with a variety of stakeholders and manage a workload that involves tasks from concurrently running initiatives.

You have a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. You have 10+ years of experience in ERP support or administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role. You have a strong understanding of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations) and business processes. You are an excellent problem solver, communicator and project manager. You have proven experience in system implementation, upgrade projects and user support.

Reporting to our Senior Manager, ERP Support , you will support and optimize our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. You will be responsible for the day-to-day ERP operations, supporting users across departments, managing system upgrades and enhancements, and ensuring the ERP platform aligns with organizational goals You will work closely with the Senior Manager, ERP Support and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, improve processes and drive continuous system improvement.

Specifically, You Will Focus On Functional Support & Issue Resolution

  • Lead and manage daily ERP support operations, ensuring system stability and performance
  • Develop ERP configurations, user roles, permissions, and system integrations
  • Monitor data integrity and oversee regular system maintenance and upgrades
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for ERP-related issues and escalations
  • Manage a support ticketing process, ensuring timely resolution of incidents
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party consultants as needed for advanced troubleshooting

Process Improvement & Optimization

  • Partner with business units (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) to identify opportunities for process automation and ERP enhancements
  • Development and test new ERP features, workflows, and reports
  • Document processes, workflows, and system changes in a clear and concise manner

User Training & Support

  • Provide functional training to end-users and create user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to empower users
  • Support onboarding for new users, providing training and best practices for effective use of the Dynamics 365 F&O system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues related to business processes, helping users optimize their use of the system

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead, mentor the ERP team (as applicable)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver system improvements
  • Provide end-user training and change management support during system updates or process changes

System Maintenance & Upgrades

  • Assist in the planning, testing, and implementation of system upgrades and patches
  • Assist in monitoring system performance and suggest changes to improve efficiency, data integrity, and user experience
  • Test new features, configurations, and updates to ensure smooth implementation and compatibility with existing processes
