Who You Are

• As the Delivery Clerk, you embody exceptional customer service and adept problem-solving skills. You serve as the frontline representative, equipped with the ability to deftly de-escalate customer concerns and provide personalized assistance. Responsible for ensuring a seamless delivery experience, you meticulously enter and manage customer information while coordinating efficient pick-ups.

Overview:
Reporting to the Assistant Distribution Centre Manager, the Delivery Clerk is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while accurately entering customer information and coordinating customer pick-ups. Delivery Clerks are responsible for using various complex internal software systems to complete data entry in an extremely fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Assistant Distribution Centre manager, the Delivery Clerk is responsible for:

• Delivering friendly, courteous, and exceptional personalized customer service both in person and over the phone
• Coordinating all customer pick-ups in an efficient manner
• Updating reports to be used by Tepperman’s staff
• Using routing software and other computer applications
• General office duties

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail is a must
• Effective interpersonal skills to effectively deal with both internal and external stakeholders
