Position: Licensed Seasonal Junior Technician

Location: New Brunswick

Job Type: Full Time; Seasonal with potential for extension.

Schedule: Full-Time, approximately 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities

The Role: Your Mission

You’ll be the hero homeowners call when unwanted guests show up uninvited. Think problem solver, detective, and customer-favorite all rolled into one.

What You’ll Be Doing

Inspect homes inside and out to identify pests, entry points, and infestations

Assist in diagnosing pest issues and applying effective treatments Complete service reports for work performed and products used Provide excellent customer service and answer customer questions Educate homeowners and recommend solutions to prevent future pest issues Build strong relationships with customers while representing Insight professionally

Requirements

Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs of equipment

Comfortable working in different environments (crawl spaces, damp or dusty spots) A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good people skills Must possess a Pesticide Applicator License Valid Class 5 driver's license and a clean driving record Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle Desire to learn, grow, and be part of a solid team
