Responsibilities When your actions lead to success: Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead the development and execution of continuous improvement strategies acrossmultiple sites, aligned with corporate goals and operational priorities.
  • Champion a culture of operational excellence, employee engagement, and problem-solving at all levels.
  • Partner with site leadership and functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement projects that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality and customersatisfaction.

Process Improvement

  • Lead and facilitate Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma initiatives to streamline workflows,reduce variation, and improve productivity across all print and in-store marketingoperations.
  • Establish, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measureprogress and impact of improvement initiatives.
  • Support implementation of standardized work procedures, 5S programs, and visualmanagement systems to sustain improvements.
  • Conduct value stream mapping and root cause analysis to identify bottlenecks and drivedata-based solutions.

Project Management & Reporting

  • Lead cross-functional, multi-site project teams to deliver measurable and sustainablebusiness improvements.
  • Track project milestones, financial savings, and performance outcomes; presentprogress to senior leadership.
  • Ensure alignment of CI activities with health, safety, environmental, and qualitystandards.
  • Coach and mentor managers, supervisors in Lean and continuous improvementprinciples and practices.

Qualifications When your expertise drives us:

  • Post-secondary degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, BusinessAdministration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in process improvement, operations, ormanufacturing—preferably within the print/retail/packaging industries.
  • Proven track record of leading Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives withmeasurable results across multiple sites.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping,Standard Work, Visual Management, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to influenceat all organizational levels and locations.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-makingabilities.
  • Effective project management, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CI tools/software; experience with ERP systems is an asset.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
