Your Main Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 application support, hardware support for both user and production equipment.
• Configure and deliver workstations.
• Manage IT asset inventory (hardware and software).
• Diagnose and repair user assets.
• Perform software and hardware maintenance tasks necessary for the proper functioning of equipment.
• Educate users on IT best practices.
• Process and properly document interventions in the ticketing system.
• Provide training on the use of IT assets.
• Act as an IT call center support agent.
• Maintain information assets at the established security level.
• Stay up to date on IT processes and technologies used and follow IT compliance rules.

What We Are Looking For

• College Degree in a related fields combined with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT technician.
• Customer service oriented and good communication.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Good prioritization of requests, according to the level of criticality.
• Be familiar with ITSM practices.
• Possess a solid knowledge of Microsoft environments and other technical applications.
