Accountabilities: The Associate Producer will support daily production activities by coordinating schedules, tracking deliverables, and ensuring teams have the information and resources needed to achieve project objectives. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams. Create, update, and monitor schedules and production processes for game features and assets. Track project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality execution. Support production teams in balancing timelines, resources, and priorities. Collaborate closely with producers, team leads, and developers to provide visibility into project progress. Ensure clear communication of project vision, goals, and expectations across teams. Establish and support review processes to maintain alignment throughout development. Identify roadblocks, bottlenecks, and potential risks, communicating issues and recommending solutions. Assist with daily production routines and coordination across multiple locations. Help improve workflows, processes, and team efficiency. Contribute to creating a collaborative environment focused on delivering outstanding gaming experiences. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive professional with experience in production, project coordination, and team collaboration. The role requires strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and an interest in supporting the development of innovative games. Excellent communication and organizational skills, including scheduling, prioritization, and time management. Proactive mindset with a “how can I help?” attitude. Experience with project management practices and production workflows. Experience working in production environments. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and project tracking/scheduling tools. Experience using JIRA and Confluence. Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across different locations. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify operational challenges.
