As a Project Manager, Fulfillment leads the planning and execution of order fulfillment across the organization, including operational support for events, conferences, marketing mail‑outs, and in‑person presentation materials. This role ensures on-time delivery, operational efficiency, cross-functional alignment, and continuous process improvement in a fast-paced environment.
About the Opportunity:
Fulfillment Project Leadership
- Manage end-to-end fulfillment projects from planning through execution and reporting.
- Develop project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead cross-functional coordination across operations, marketing, events, warehouse, supply chain, procurement, customer service, and IT.
Operational Coordination
- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly fulfillment workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on‑time delivery.
- Coordinate packaging and shipping for events, conferences, trade shows, training sessions, marketing campaigns, promotional mail-outs, and community visits.
- Work with internal teams to forecast inventory needs and ensure material availability for upcoming initiatives.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and vendors to maintain service levels.
Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
- Track and report on KPIs (order accuracy, lead times, cost efficiency, campaign performance).
- Identify process improvements and resolve bottlenecks through root-cause analysis.
- Document and standardize repeatable workflows and procedures.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Serve as the central point of contact for fulfillment planning and execution, particularly for event teams, marketing groups, and sales leadership.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones clearly and proactively.
- Maintain documentation for workflows, procedures, shipping instructions, and repeatable fulfillment processes.
Technology & Systems
- Collaborate with IT and systems teams to improve tools such as OMS, WMS, and inventory systems.
- Support the adoption of automation and process-enhancing technology across fulfillment operations, including event and marketing workflows.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Event Management, Operations, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5+ years of experience in project management, fulfillment operations, logistics, supply chain, or event operations support.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent deadlines.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with workflow, scheduling, or project management tools.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience with warehouse or inventory management systems.
- Familiarity with event operations, marketing fulfillment, or high-volume distribution environments.
- Understanding of process improvement principles (formal certifications welcome but not required).

Compensation:
Starting annual compensation of $60,000-$80,000 plus rewarding benefits package.
