Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorisé par les Ministères français de l'Europe et des Affaires Etrangères, du Ministère de l'Economie et des Finances et du Ministère de la Transition écologique et de la Cohésion des territoires et qui permet à Airbus d'offrir à de jeunes professionnels la possibilité d'acquérir une expérience rémunérée et valorisante à l'étranger, dans un métier technique ou commercial. Le programme VIE est un contrat spécifique, en vertu des critères d'éligibilité de Business France.

Principaux critères d'exigibilité du VIE :

• Être citoyen(ne) de l'Union Européenne (plus Norvège, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplômé(e) âgé(e) de 28 ans maximum (une mission V.I.E peut débuter au plus tard le jour du vingt-neuvième anniversaire).
• Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.
• Être impérativement inscrit sur le site Mon Volontariat International avant les 28 ans.

Missions et responsabilités:

Vous serez en charge des activités principales suivantes:

1. Modélisation et Processus Ingénierie (Focus Modèles de Coûts)

• Réaliser un inventaire des modèles existants dans les départements et caractériser ces modèles pour identifier les enjeux et/ou priorités à créer.
• Développer des modèles de coûts selon les types de projet, leur complexité, et adaptés aux départements et à leurs livrables.
• Mettre en place un processus pour créer et maintenir ces modèles de coûts.
• Intégrer l'usage de ces modèles dans les processus de changement de produit ou les développements.
• Faire des recommandations d'intégration des modèles dans les Transformations existantes.

1. Budget et Performance Ingénierie (Focus Contrôle de Gestion)

• Préparer, consolider et suivre le budget de fonctionnement (OPEX) et l'allocation des ressources (ETP) de l'équipe.
• Mener des analyses d'écarts (variances) entre les dépenses réelles et les prévisions, en identifiant les causes principales des déviations.
• Développer et maintenir des indicateurs de performance clés (KPIs) pour surveiller l'efficacité des projets et le respect du budget.
• Contribuer au cycle de planification stratégique et à la préparation des présentations exécutives trimestrielles.
• Proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations aux outils et processus actuels de reporting financier et de gestion.

Compétences requises

Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes:

• Titulaire d'un diplôme Master (BAC+5) ou équivalent dans le domaine de Finance, Contrôle de Gestion, Administration des Affaires, ou Ingénierie avec une forte orientation financière ou une discipline apparentée.
• 0 à 2 ans d'expérience en contrôle financier ou gestion budgétaire (apprentissages et stages compris).
• Connaissances digitales (gestion des données et optimisation, programmation, intelligence artificielle).
• Analyses de données (dériver un modèle à partir d'un ensemble de données).
• Solides capacités analytiques et de modélisation financière.
• Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Expérience avec SAP ou d'autres systèmes ERP financiers (un plus).
• Outils informatiques (tels que Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, SAP ou ERP).

En outre, vous êtes en mesure de démontrer les compétences suivantes :

• Leadership et entrepreneuriat.
• Esprit critique et rigueur d'exécution.
• Capacité à travailler en autonomie et à s'intégrer rapidement dans un environnement multiculturel.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation.

Compétences linguistiques: Niveau de négociation en Anglais (obligatoire pour toutes les communications techniques et financières) et niveau conversationnel en Français (un atout).

A VIE for an (Interior Engineering Budget/Performance & Business Analyst) has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada. You will join the A220 Interior Engineering Department.

Embark on a unique professional experience in Canada with the VIE program at Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Mirabel, Quebec, where you will join the A220 Interior Engineering team to become a key performance player by steering the budget and resources (OPEX/FTEs) and developing strategic cost models, offering the ideal opportunity for a young professional graduate (Master/BAC+5) to combine finance, management control, and engineering expertise in a multicultural environment.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

1. Engineering Modeling and Processes (Cost Model Focus)

• Inventory of existing models in the departments and characterization to identify challenges and/or priorities to create.
• Develop cost models based on project type, complexity, and tailored to departments and their deliverables.
• Establish a process to create and maintain these cost models.
• Integrate the use of these models into product change processes or developments.
• Provide recommendations for integrating the models into existing Transformations.

1. Engineering Budget and Performance (Controlling Focus)

• Prepare, consolidate, and monitor the team's Operating Budget (OPEX) and resource allocation (FTEs).
• Conduct variance analysis between actual expenditures and forecasts, identifying key drivers of deviations.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project efficiency and budget adherence.
• Contribute to the strategic planning cycle and the preparation of quarterly executive presentations.
• Propose and implement improvements to current financial reporting and budget management tools and processes.

No business travel is required.

Required skills

You have the following skills and experience:

• Educated to degree level ( Master/equivalent ) in Finance, Management Control, Business Administration, or Engineering with a strong financial focus or a related discipline.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in financial control or budget management (apprenticeships and internships included).
• Digital knowledge (data management and optimization, programming, artificial intelligence).
• Data analysis (deriving a model from a data set).
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with SAP or other financial ERP systems is a plus.
• IT tools (such as Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, SAP or ERP).

In addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:

• Leadership and entrepreneurship.
• Critical thinking and execution rigor.
• Ability to work autonomously and integrate quickly into a multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Language Skills: Negotiation level of English (mandatory for all technical and financial exchanges) and Conversational level of French (a plus).
