About the role
Credit Analyst / Credit Adjudication Associate Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite) Duration: 1 year contract Our financial services client is seeking a Credit Analyst / Credit Adjudication Associate to support its Private Banking and Wealth team. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of banking or financial services experience who have strong attention to detail and an interest in credit adjudication, lending, or wealth management. Key Responsibilities: Review credit applications for completeness, accuracy, and supporting documentation. Verify financial documents and identify missing or outstanding information. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain required documentation. Support the preparation and processing of lending applications. Ensure compliance with lending policies, regulatory requirements, and risk standards. Assist with process improvements, reporting, and workflow standardization. Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in banking or financial services. Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of lending, credit analysis, or wealth management is an asset. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
