Duties: The Administrative Assistant provides a variety of general administrative and clerical services in the main office in the school.

Education & Qualifications

  • A minimum of one (1) year post-secondary education in a related field such as business administration or office administration
  • A minimum of one (1) year administrative assistant experience
  • An intermediate proficiency level of bookkeeping
  • A minimum keyboarding speed of 45 words per minute (w.p.m.)
  • A working knowledge of computers and Microsoft applications of Excel, Outlook and Word

Wage & Benefits: In accordance with the current CUPE Local 5512 Collective Bargaining Agreement. Currently, this is a range of $20.68 to $24.62 per hour.
