What you can expect:
Reporting directly to the CRO, the Director, Sales Enterprise will lead Amilia’s Enterprise Sales team, overseeing 8–10 Account Executives across Parks & Recreation and Non-Profit segments.
You will drive revenue growth by building and executing effective sales strategies, coaching a high-performance team, and ensuring strong pipeline discipline. You will provide hands-on deal support and work in close alignment with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver seamless customer experiences.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a team in a rapidly growing SaaS company, make a direct impact on revenue results, and play a key role in scaling Amilia’s Enterprise presence in North America.
You will be responsible for:
Sales Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Own the full employee experience for your team: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, feedback, coaching, and career growth.
- Provide regular deal coaching and skill development to strengthen team capabilities and results.
- Foster a culture aligned with Amilia’s values (Own It, Care, Level Up, Be Authentic, Better Together).
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Define and execute sales strategies for the Enterprise (PnR & Non-Profit) segments.
- Define clear KPIs, pipeline coverage, and forecasting practices, leveraging CRM and data-driven insights.
- Partner with CRO to align Enterprise sales plan with overall company growth objectives.
- Use data and insights to monitor team performance, optimize execution, and adjust strategy as needed.
Market & Client Impact
- Strengthen Amilia’s presence in the Parks & Recreation and Non-Profit markets.
- Support Account Executives in navigating complex, high-value sales cycles.
- Maintain and build relationships with key clients and stakeholders, representing Amilia at industry events and conferences when required.
Collaboration & Alignment
- Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and sales enablement.
- Partner with Customer Success leadership on client handoffs and strategies to maximize satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Collaborate with Product to share client insights and influence the roadmap.
- Align with Product Marketing and Marketing on positioning, messaging, campaigns, and events to drive awareness and pipeline.
What we want from you:
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years leading Enterprise SaaS sales teams.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Strong experience managing teams of Account Executives across multiple markets or verticals.
- Expertise in enterprise deal cycles, solution selling, and navigating complex organizations.
- Data-driven mindset with CRM expertise (Salesforce preferred) and pipeline management skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills in English (French is an asset).
- Strong coaching and people leadership skills: able to inspire, develop, and hold teams accountable.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments, influence stakeholders, and build trust at all levels.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to navigate challenges, manage change, and keep teams focused.
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset to anticipate market shifts and guide the team through change.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel across North America as needed.
