Graham is actively recruiting for an Intermediate IT Infrastructure Analyst (Networking and Firewalls) with astrong LAN/WAN and security focussupporting Corporate IT Services.

Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Lead, the incumbent plays a key role in design and sustain our enterprise network services across offices, jobsites, and cloud edges—owning day to day operations along with projects likeSASE rollouts, office moves/teardowns/setups, and M&A cutovers.

This is a fulltime, working from our Calgary Corporate Office role

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

-Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including L2/L3 routing, switching, QoS, VPN/IPsec, and LAN/WAN environments. -Administer cloud networkingacross AWS VPCs and Azure VNETs. -Operate and secure firewalls, including Fortinet FortiGate policies, SD‑WAN, VPNs, and security profiles. Execute network/firewall cutovers, IP/DNS/DHCP migration steps, and access integrations to standardize newly acquired environments -Support and optimize wireless and NAC solutions, particularly Aruba wireless and Aruba ClearPass for authentication and access control. -Execute onsite networking work, including office moves, expansions, ISP coordination, and equipment installation. -Lead network reliability and sustainment, including patching, upgrades, configuration management, documentation, and automation.

The Right Tools for the Job

-Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field -Experience: 5+ years in network/infrastructure support in an enterprise, MSP, or multi-site environment with hands-on experience with office moves, site builds, and M&A integration work with PowerShell script development, troubleshooting and execution. -Software: Aruba Wireless, Aruba Central, Aruba ClearPass

  • Fortinet Firewall (FortiGate / FortiOS - policy, NAT, VPN, SD WAN, HA, upgrades, troubleshooting).
  • Solid understanding of enterprise LAN/WAN, routing, switching, DHCP/DNS, IP addressing, segmentation, QoS.
  • PowerShell scripting (development, troubleshooting, execution). -Nice to have: Fortinet NSE4+, Aruba ACMP/ACSP, CCNP Enterprise/Security, experience with SASE/ZTNA, Azure networking, Wi Fi design tools and basic scripting (BASH/Python)
