We are looking for a Junior Advisor in Operations Support – Distribution Center. In this daytime role, you will play a key part in maintaining the workforce. You will be responsible for follow-ups with employees, coordinating employee appreciation days, managing recruitment needs, as well as the onboarding of new employees and daily attendance tracking, including punch management. This hybrid position perfectly combines administrative tasks and on-the-ground presence, allowing you to maintain continuous communication with staff, management, and the recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staff Management:
- Lead the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring warehouse personnel.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide ongoing support and training to new employees.
- Work closely with warehouse supervisors and team leads to understand staffing needs and performance goals.
- Foster a positive work culture and ensure high employee engagement and retention. Employee Development:
- Identify training needs and organize skill development programs for warehouse staff.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching to support growth and development.
- Implement strategies to improve employee retention, motivation, and productivity. Warehouse Operations Support:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring high standards across departments.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Coordinator to address any staffing gaps during peak times or absences.
- Monitor and maintain safety standards, working closely with the safety team to ensure compliance with regulations. Communication & Coordination:
- Maintain open, effective communication with all warehouse staff and other departments.
- Assist in conflict resolution and promote a collaborative environment across teams.
- Ensure that all warehouse policies, procedures, and safety guidelines are followed by employees.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in operational support, warehouse management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in both French and English for daily communication with warehouse staff.
- Valid driver's license, required for the position.
