About the role
SHIFT: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
PAY: $20 - $23 (Based on experience)
Responsibilities
Lead and maintain 5S and housekeeping standards throughout the plant. Drywall & paint, patch holes. Conduct 5S audits, training, and continuous improvement activities. Maintain production supplies, safety stations, and organized work areas. Perform basic facility maintenance, equipment lubrication, and minor repairs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards. Operate forklift to remove garbage and dispose outside in bins. Complete inspections, documentation, and other duties as assigned. All other duties assigned by Manager.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of maintenance, facilities, or related experience. Knowledge of 5S, basic maintenance, and safe use of hand and power tools. Must have Forklift experience. (Counterbalance Propane). Basic Microsoft Office skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
