We are seeking a highly analytical and strategicDirector of Revenue Operations & Strategyto serve as the core business partner to our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this critical role, you will act as the "nervous system" of our revenue organization. You will analyze business development performance against company goals, project revenue landings, and proactively identify risks. Beyond just reporting the numbers, you will be expected to raise red flags when our trajectory deviates from our strategic goals and provide actionable recommendations and mitigation plans to keep the business on track.

The ideal candidate possesses deep operational experience within the payment industry, exceptional business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic executive narratives.

Key Responsibilities

-**Strategic Partnership & Advisory:**Act as the right-hand strategic partner to the CRO. Provide data-driven insights, challenge assumptions, and help shape the overarching go-to-market and revenue strategy. -**Performance Analysis & Tracking:**Continuously monitor and analyze Business Development (BD) and sales performance against set company goals, KPIs, and quotas. -**Forecasting & Projections:**Develop highly accurate revenue projection models. Predict where the business will land at the end of the quarter/year based on current pipeline, historical trends, and market conditions. -**Risk Mitigation & "Red Flag" Identification:**Proactively identify gaps in the sales pipeline, operational bottlenecks, or market headwinds. Raise red flags early when the business development trajectory is misaligned with company targets. -**Actionable Recommendations:**Don't just report the news—make it. Design and present robust mitigation plans, strategic pivots, and operational adjustments to course-correct and optimize revenue generation. -**Revenue Operations Excellence:**Streamline and optimize the end-to-end revenue process. Ensure the sales, marketing, and customer success teams are aligned and utilizing the CRM and tech stack effectively to maximize revenue capture. -**Cross-Functional Leadership:**Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure revenue strategies are supported by overall company operations and product rollouts.

Qualifications & Requirements

-Industry Experience:Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, withmandatory experience in the payment processing or FinTech industry. -**Business Acumen:**Exceptional understanding of payment industry economics, margin structures, merchant acquiring, and B2B sales cycles. -**Analytical Prowess:**Highly proficient in data analysis, financial modeling, and revenue forecasting. Ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, executive-level presentations. -**Strategic Problem Solving:**Proven track record of identifying business risks early and successfully implementing mitigation plans that positively impacted the bottom line. -**Executive Presence:**Strong communication and influencing skills. Experience presenting to and partnering directly with C-suite executives (specifically CROs or CEOs). -**Technical Skills:**Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI), and revenue forecasting software.

**Education:**Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
