We are looking for a Legal Services Director (4-day work week position)

This person plays a key role in PixMob's growth by ensuring regulatory compliance, managing legal risks, and representing the company to external third parties, including clients, partners, regulatory authorities, and courts.

The main responsibilities of this position are:

• Provide strategic, clear, and tailored legal advice to internal teams and senior management.
• Advise on and manage civil and commercial law, corporate law, and labor law cases.
• Draft and negotiate, in French and English, all documents related to PixMob's development: purchase agreements, development agreements, M&A agreements, etc.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements and strategic partnerships.
• Support Operations, Sales, HR, and Finance teams, as well as senior management, in the drafting and revision of contracts.
• Ensure the organization's legal compliance (corporate law, labor law, commercial law, personal data protection, etc.).
• Process and monitor litigation files (monitoring judicial procedures, amicable settlements, etc.).
• Recommend and monitor files entrusted to external law firms. Manage and negotiate external law firm fees.
• Participate in financing, merger & acquisition, or other major corporate projects.
• Oversee internal governance, ethics, and compliance policies.
• Participate in Board of Directors meetings, coordinate document preparation, and draft minutes.

• Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar.
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in business law, in-house, or in a firm.
• Experience in the International Entertainment industry a key asset
• Solid knowledge of business transactions and legal contracts of all kinds.
• Ability to simplify legal issues and propose realistic and applicable solutions.
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative spirit, professionalism, and practical sense.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google.
• Communication skills in French and English, both oral and written, due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with English-speaking colleagues, partners, or clients worldwide.
