Operating across North America, Europe, and North Africa, we're growing fast—and we're looking for a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Quebec to help us scale our recruitment efforts.

Working directly with our Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in attracting, interviewing, and onboarding top talent while helping us continuously improve our recruitment processes.

What You'll Do

Source and screen qualified candidates. Conduct recruitment interviews via video calls in English. Evaluate candidates and provide hiring recommendations. Manage and update our recruitment pipeline using our ATS. Coordinate candidate follow-up throughout the hiring process. Support the onboarding of newly recruited agents. Collaborate with the Operations team on recruitment campaigns. Identify opportunities to improve and automate recruitment processes. Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

What We're Looking For

You must be permanently based in Quebec, Canada. Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally hiring sales or customer service professionals. Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to independently conduct recruitment interviews. Comfortable using ATS platforms, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and other digital tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience recruiting freelancers or remote workers is considered an asset.
