Flek is a young, fast-growing Quebec company on a mission to create quality toys that foster creativity, inclusion and the joy of play. We're looking for a passionate graphic designer who wants to make a real impact and help build a recognized brand, as part of a small, dynamic team. The role Based at our Blainville offices, you'll work on a variety of creative projects and develop visuals for our product packaging, social media and website, all in line with our joyful and inclusive brand language. Your responsibilities:

• Develop Flek's brand identity.
• Create graphic and visual products in line with our brand identity.
• Use AI tools to support and speed up design execution where relevant.
• Design product packaging and prepare print-ready production files.
• Design and produce graphic, digital and multimedia content for a range of formats (catalogues, website, advertising).
• Develop visual material for events (trade shows, booths, signage, etc.).
• Be part of a small, dynamic team where responsibilities evolve and everyone contributes to several aspects of the business. What we're looking for
• 3 years of experience in a graphic design role (preferred).
• Excellent command of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Comfortable working with AI tools.
• Ability to manage several tasks at once with care and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of technical print rules and packaging specifications (an asset).
• Bilingual: fluent in French and English, both spoken and written. What we offer
