Title
Regional Process Group Director Mechanical Pulping & Panelboard [Region NA]
Purpose of position:
- The Regional Process Group Director oversees all product groups within the Process Group Mechanical Pulping & Panelboard in the Region.
- The goal is to manage the entire business of Paper Service Products for Mechanical Pulping and Panelboard lines.
- The Regional Process Group Director maintains the profitability and growth of the Product Groups and works to increase the market share.
- The Regional Process Group Director ensures that ANDRITZ is recognized as a comprehensive supplier in the TMP area and Panelboard lines.
Key goals
- Regional order intake & sales targets
- Regional P&L responsibility
- Regional Process Group OPEX-Management
- Regional Budget & MTP
- Strategic planning and development of customers in the Region as a full line supplier.
- Local Marketing (fairs, etc.) activities and customer events or customer technology training.
- Coordination of utilization of Service Centers in the region
- Focus on process technology with link to PAD solutions and possible cooperations.
Operational responsibilities
- Development of products and/or customer specific forecasts, budgets and cost controlling together with the Product groups
- Value add selling & development of customized business models incl. possible cooperations
- Ensure market coverage
- Compliance with sales processes and tools (CRM)
- First contact for Capital Projects & CKAM activities
- Competitor & market information sharing with global PGs
- Align Installed Base maintenance with Sales and RPM’s
- Market potential evaluation
- Coordination of bigger project activities including negotiations and customer communication in alignment with RPM’s.
Organization and reporting
- Reports directly to Global Process Group Manager Mechanical Pulping & Panelboard as well as the Regional Manager in the Matrix
