**Regional Manager:**East Coast Branches
**Job Type:**Full Time, Permanent
Location: Halifax, NS (with travel to PEI, NB, and NL as needed)
**Start date:**To be discussed with successful candidate
**Work Schedule:**9:00am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday), averaging 40 hours per week
Salary Expectations: $75,000 CAD/annually + $10,000 annual discretionary bonus

Position Summary - Responsibilities:
As a Regional Manager, the Employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner for all Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland & Labrador offices:
- Manage and oversee the routes, service managers, sales team, and administrative team.
- Manage and oversee the hiring, training, evaluating and firing of technicians.
- Manage and oversee inventory and payments; including ordering equipment, inventory, transferring to the warehouse & technicians in pestpac and reconciling inventory in Pestpac.
- Manage and oversee the vehicle fleet (leased, rented and purchased); determine when vehicles are due for service/oil changes.
- Monitor the quality of sales and services, which may include riding along with technicians, as well as online reviews and the reputation of the business.
- Ensure services are completed within their service cycle and take active steps to avoid service delays due to a lack of technician availability.
- Ensure the branch is following all rules and regulations, including the proper insurance, licensing, stickers and paperwork.
- Ensure technicians are entering in detailed, thorough, and proper notes in Pestpac and entering in inventory correctly for each service.
- Ensure technicians have all the necessary equipment and products to effectively perform services.
- Ensure technicians are keeping their vehicles neat, tidy, and clean.
- Maintain good relationships with distributors, be knowledgeable in communicating our existing product information and application as well research new products and industry trends.
- Effectively deal with escalated customer service issues; Contact any google reviews that are less than 5 stars and work with the client to turn their experience into a 5 star experience.
- Attend all required meetings, including sales meetings and frequent meetings with other Branch Managers.
- Organize the housing accommodations for all student technicians.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work dynamic for the entire team. Treat everyone with dignity and respect.
- Share and delegate all responsibilities as appropriate; and any other duties as they may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
- Must be willing to travel to PE, NS, NB and NLFD on an as needed basis.
- Any and all duties assigned by the employer, as per business needs.
Minimum Qualifications - What will make you successful:
- Post-secondary degree/diploma and/or relevant experience (Required)
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong and proven track record at administrative management of a large branch within the service industry
- Forward planner and strategic thinker; you prioritize tasks in alignment with company goals and continually review systems and policies for improvement.
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage your workload, oversee work of other employees, as well as attend meetings and training sessions
- Tenacious problem solving and decision making skills; you think on your feet when under pressure and manage the productivity of workflow seamlessly
- Class 5 Driver’s License (Required)
- Clean criminal record
- Access to a personal cell phone and laptop
