What you will do:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior SAP Data & Analytics Consultant with a strong background in manufacturing environments. In this role you will enable data-driven decision-making across supply chain, production, and operations by leveraging SAP’s advanced analytics and data integration platforms.

How you will do it:

  • Architect and implement scalable data models using SAP BW/4HANA, native HANA modeling, and SAP SLT to support manufacturing KPIs and reporting needs.
  • Lead data migration and integration projects using SAP BODS, ensuring high data quality and consistency across systems.
  • Develop insightful dashboards and reports using SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Power BI to support production planning, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with SAP S/4HANA functional teams (e.g., MM, PP, SD, QM) to align data models with business processes.
  • Utilize SAP Business Data Cloud to support advanced analytics and cross-system data harmonization.
  • Drive data governance and master data management initiatives to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating manufacturing challenges into data solutions.

What we look for:

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP data and analytics, with a strong focus on manufacturing processes.

  • SAP BW/4HANA, SAP SLT, BW Modeling

  • Native HANA Modeling

  • SAP BODS for ETL and data migration

  • SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI

  • SAP Business Data Cloud

  • SAP S/4HANA functional knowledge (especially in manufacturing modules)

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing data domains such as BOMs, routings, production orders, and quality metrics.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $92,000 - $121,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
