Could you be the full-time RSC PLM - Product Lifecycle Management Engineer in St Bruno de Montarville we’re looking for?
Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a cutting-edge digital transformation project. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a strategic role in deploying Alstom’s PLM4A program, supporting engineering teams to optimize processes and enhance collaboration on a global scale. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Industrialization, and Solution teams), deliver training sessions, and provide functional support to ensure the successful implementation of PLM tools.
You’ll specifically support the deployment of PLM4A tools across Train Design métiers and multiple sites and lead the continuous improvement of methodologies and training materials.
We’ll look to you for:
- Presenting the PLM4A solution to Train Design teams across multiple sites and projects
- Assessing the impact of deploying PLM4A on current processes
- Providing training and functional support to end users and key stakeholders
- Contributing to the creation and evolution of methodologies and training documentation
- Facilitating the network of site Key Users both internal and external. To share best practices and ensure solution adoption
- Driving the deployment of standardized methodologies
- Collaborating with solution and development teams to address evolving functional needs
- Keeping your technical skills up to date with the latest PLM developments

- Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience or understanding of engineering processes like Detailed and Preliminary Design, BOM, and Digital Mockup management
- Knowledge of Mechanical Design (Sheet Metal, Electrical, and Tubing experience is appreciated)
- Familiarity with PLM and CAD solutions (e.g., ENOVIA, CATIA) and their technical constraints
- A proficiency in Dassault Systenes' 3D Experience platform (20x and higher) is a plus
- Strong communication skills to engage with diverse, multicultural teams
- Competence in delivering training sessions
- Fluent in French and English. Knowledge of a language other than French is an asset when dealing with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues and customers. In Quebec, French remains the main working language of our company.
