With over 50 retail stores across the country, Urban Barn is a national retail chain offering high-quality furniture and home décor. Participate in the leadership of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As a Store Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

What You Will Do:
- Assist customers in making décor decisions that inspire them
- Lead and support daily store operations, including opening and closing routines.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve their best
- Support stock management and merchandising tasks to keep the store organized and inviting
- Help drive the store sales through strong leadership and operational excellence
- Maintain high standards of visual presentation and store cleanliness.
- Contribute to inventory control and help minimize shrink
What you Bring:
- At least 2 YEARS of Retail sales and customer service leadership experience
- Experience with achieving sales targets
- A passion for INTERIOR DÉCOR and merchandising
- Outgoing personality, who loves to meet new people
- Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening/night, and weekend shifts)
- The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
