Don Wheaton Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac Ltd is looking for a Parts Advisor to join the team. Specifically, someone with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic, who promotes and ensures the highest level of customer service for our diverse client base.

Key Duties:

• Assist customers (retail and wholesale) and technicians in identifying and sourcing the correct parts in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain Inventory accuracy by receiving, stocking, and organizing parts, ensuring proper documentation and handling.
• Process orders and invoices efficiently using dealership systems, while coordinating with service and sales departments to meet customer needs.

Successful Candidates Possess:

• Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Cadillac and Corvette product knowledge an asset
• Experience with parts, tire and accessory catalog systems
• Parts department experience
• Professional appearance
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced, detail-driven environment
• Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to Multitask in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Must be able to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 30kg and standing for extended periods
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
