Tasks
- Answering customer enquiries (by telephone, email, or at the counter).
- Completing purchase orders following requests received.
- Tracking orders for pickup or shipping.
- Using the SAP system.
- Ensuring part replacement warranty.
- Assist in storage upon receiving merchandise.
- Assisting customers with technical difficulties.
- Pursuing ongoing training to become an expert in the field of air conditioning and heating.
- Performing any other related tasks as requested by direct supervisor.

- Access to a vehicle (an asset).
