Who we need
Reporting to the Account Director, Marketing & Partnerships, we are seeking a Manager, Marketing & Partnerships to join our team for a 12-month contract covering a maternity leave. Working closely with marketing, analytics, digital, operations, and partner stakeholders, you will lead performance monitoring and marketing strategy for a key strategic Scene+ account. This role is responsible for acquisition and engagement marketing from the existing members base, driving usage, frequency, and participation.
You will translate KPI trends and performance data into actionable insights, develop integrated marketing initiatives, and ensure campaigns and programs align with business, financial, and member experience objectives. You will also take ownership of cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder communication, project management, and end-to-end campaign execution.
This job posting is for a full-time, hybrid role working three days per week on site in our Toronto office for a 12-month maternity leave coverage.

As our new Manager, Marketing & Partnerships, you will:
-**Grow your insights.**You will get to know the key players at our partners and be part of new partnership discussions. You will establish yourself as a trusted and creative resource who can think critically and bring new ideas to the table. -**Drive partner objectives.**You will work closely with existing partners to identify their business objectives. You will collaborate with the Account Director and internal teams, including marketing, operations, finance, and data analytics, to ensure continuous success through the creation of programs and experiences that achieve those objectives. -**Liaise.**You will act as the central relationship lead for intake requests from our owner business lines and meet with key owner stakeholders regularly to explore opportunities where the team can add value to their businesses.

-**The experience.**You have experience taking a consulting approach to establishing and growing relationships across multiple levels, managing expectations and influencing decisions. You are a true partner and contributor, working alongside your clients and empowering them with the tools, strategies, resources, and project plans to meet business goals. You are data-driven and able to draw deep insights from your analysis, asking intelligent questions to obtain further insights and propose creative plans. You bring a balanced approach of strategy, analytics, and creativity to your work. You have extensive experience creating targeted marketing plans and leveraging data to drive marketing KPIs. You have experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets based on KPI results. -**The client-centred mindset.**You take a consulting approach to building knowledge around your client’s needs. You hold yourself accountable for the success of your clients/portfolio partners, and you are willing to do what it takes to meet objectives. You can pivot based on data insights, manage competing priorities, and meet high-pressure deadlines. -**The project management skills.**You can manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, overseeing resources, generating reports, and maintaining communication. You can identify gaps or problems, think critically, and propose and execute solutions. You can take the initiative and see it through from project plan to rollout, meeting deliverables, budget and timing, seamlessly adapting to changes in priorities, and shifting your focus when necessary. -**The interpersonal skills.**You have outstanding professional written, verbal, and presentation skills. You can navigate conflict, manage stressful situations, mediate, and facilitate discussions at any level. Compensation
At Scene+, we believe that compensation should be transparent, fair, and market competitive. Our salary ranges are designed to represent the progression from learning the role to truly mastering it.
This role has a minimum base salary of $85K and a maximum base salary of $100K. Our approach to compensation supports each person’s unique knowledge, skills, abilities, complexity of the role and balances it with internal equity to support a fair and competitive salary. The higher end of the range is reserved for those who have demonstrated deep expertise, while offers closer to the minimum reflect strong potential with room to develop.
Base salary is just one part of our total rewards package which also includes health and wellness benefits, employer-matched RRSP savings, a performance-based bonus program, and many more perks including free movies and free grocery delivery.
