Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our dynamic real estate team. Duties

Assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the real estate office.

Manage data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of client information.

Handle filing and organization of documents

Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

Must know Marketing

Must know how to use social media platforms and design flyers

Support the team with scheduling appointments, meetings.

Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing.
Requirements
- Previous office experience is preferred; experience in a real estate or medical office setting is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly; familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Experience handling clerical duties such as filing, answering phones, and managing front desk responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
