Location : Rosenort, Manitoba, with flexibility to also support Ste. Anne’s and Otterburne facilities
Hours : Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri – 10 hour shifts, early afternoon/evenings

What You’ll Do As a full-time Truck Driver for Trouw Nutrition, you will " Own It " by directly ensuring the accurate, efficient, and timely delivery of our feed products, thereby supporting our purpose of Feeding the Future. This involves skillfully operating a tanker-style trailer with a hydraulic auger across rural settings, primarily during afternoon and evening shifts (four 10-hour days), with flexibility to work out of multiple locations. You will take full ownership of your vehicle's readiness and compliance, meticulously performing daily pre-trip and weekly inspections, maintaining an accurate logbook, and completing all required paperwork according to business standards. Crucially, you will also own the customer experience, requiring a positive, courteous, and quality-conscious approach, which includes the physical effort of occasionally lifting up to 25 kg bags of feed.
Who We’re Looking For We are looking for a self-motivated, coachable professional with a strong work ethic who is ready to "Own It" by independently managing their assigned deliveries and demonstrating a commitment to high-quality customer service. You must possess a minimum of 2 years of truck & trailer driving experience with a valid AZ/Class 1 license and a clean abstract, and be comfortable driving a Standard transmission in rural settings. As an individual who owns their impact, you are reliable, flexible to work the required evening shifts across our Rosenort, Ste Anne, and Otterburne locations, and possess the strong team and interpersonal skills necessary to represent Trouw Nutrition with a positive attitude at every customer interaction.
You’ll also need
- Licensing & Experience: Must possess a valid AZ/Class 1 license with a clean driver's abstract, and a minimum of 2 years of truck & trailer driving experience. You must also be able to drive a Standard transmission
- Operational Compliance: Ability to perform all duties related to vehicle maintenance, including daily pre-trip and weekly inspections, maintaining an accurate log book, and completing all necessary paperwork according to business requirements
- Physical & Schedule Flexibility: Must be capable of heavy physical effort (lifting up to 25 kg bags of feed) and flexible to work four 10-hour shifts (typically afternoons/evenings) across our Rosenort, Ste Anne, and Otterburne locations
- Customer & Team Focus: Demonstrates a positive work ethic and attitude, is self-motivated to work independently, and commits to providing courteous, quality-conscious customer service with strong team and interpersonal skills
