Contract Term
January 15, 2026 – May 15, 2026 (4 months), with possibility to extend until December 31, 2026
Location
In‑person, Ontario, travel required
What You’ll Do
- Lead the planning and execution of LearnIt’s off‑site events, ranging from intimate sessions of 20 students to large‑scale experiences of up to 150 students
- Manage end‑to‑end event operations, including: Communication with teachers before, during, and after events, Coordinating catering and logistics, Creating and distributing digital certificates and Supporting venue sourcing for future events
- Play an active, hands‑on role on event days: checking in teachers, supporting facilitators, troubleshooting in real time, and helping with set‑up and clean‑up
- Spend the majority of your time on‑site at LearnIt experiences across the province
What You’ll Need
- Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple moving parts
- Willingness to learn and be coachable
- Access to a car and willingness to drive across Ontario
- Availability to be physically present at all weekday events
Compensation Range
$15,000 CAD– $25,000 CAD (contract)
