About the role

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Customer Engineer in Canada.

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Customer Engineer to support enterprise clients through seamless technical integration and deployment of complex solutions. In this role, you will partner with customers to understand their business requirements, scope technical needs, and deliver high-value solutions leveraging APIs and web technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes. This position offers the opportunity to influence best practices, enhance customer experiences, and contribute to a growing professional services team. You will operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where technical expertise, problem-solving, and consultative skills are essential.

Accountabilities:

·         Lead technical onboarding for enterprise and direct-to-consumer clients, ensuring smooth integrations.

·         Provide consultative guidance to customers to maximize the value of deployed solutions.

·         Translate business requirements into technical specifications and validate solutions using APIs, JSON, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.

·         Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across technical and business domains to support successful project delivery.

·         Contribute to process improvements, internal documentation, and team training to build a best-in-class professional services function.

·         Troubleshoot complex technical issues and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.

Requirements

·         8–10 years of experience on enterprise software projects, ideally as a technical lead or in a customer-facing engineering role.

·         Hands-on experience with web technologies such as APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; coding experience in JavaScript or related languages is preferred.

·         Strong problem-solving, analytical, and consultative skills with a focus on customer success.

·         Excellent time management, prioritization, and communication skills.

·         Experience in fast-paced environments with the ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements.

·         Bonus: experience with iPaaS, retail/e-commerce platforms, order or inventory management systems, WMS, TMS, supply chain, or logistics.
