YOUR IMPACT Working as part of the Strategic Programs Management team, the program manager will be a member of the CSO PMO. In a fast-paced environment, the ability to support and manage multiple initiatives at once is important. The ideal candidate has some experience leading projects or programs and is ready to take ownership of end-to-end work with guidance. They are flexible and willing to adjust plans to achieve results. They are comfortable facilitating discussions, identifying and solving problems early, and working well with others. Strong communication skills are important, especially when creating presentations that tell a clear story.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS• Partner with experienced team members to build your understanding of the Customer Success Organization (CSO), our customers, and our partners.• Gain exposure to a variety of processes across different teams and product areas.• Collaborate with other functions to help develop and support program delivery.• Contribute to multiple projects at once by helping track progress, flag risks, and support key dependencies.• Work with business partners to understand challenges, explore solutions, and assist with implementation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED• 5 years+ experience in program and project management• Bachelor's degree• Certification in Project Management (PMP)• Strong communication including verbal and presentation development skills with an ability to simplify complex ideas• Confident and experienced presenter• Ability to complete an in-depth evaluation of variable factors to resolve issues, both logical and interpersonal• A high level of commitment, willingness to learn, and the ability to quickly adapt to business adjustments• Having an strong ability to effectively negotiate and collaborate across teams and organizations will help you to succeed in this role• Demonstrate leadership skills and a growing understanding of business priorities; willing to learn how to influence outcomes through collaboration.• Demonstrate strong organization and time management; able to support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with increasing independence.• Build relationships quickly across teams and levels; open and approachable when working with others.• Proven ability to contribute ideas and solutions to addressing the opportunity potential, driving programs to deliver growth and results• Strong experience with Microsoft Office apps, especially MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
