About the role
Reports To : Senior Commercial Property and Leasing Administrator
Position Summary : The Commercial Property and Leasing Administrator will work with Tenants and the Senior Commercial Property and Leasing Administrator to ensure that all administrative tasks are up to date, with accuracy and completed in a timely fashion. The Property Administrator will be responsible for the daily tasks involved with dealing with reports and inputting into SAP.
Work Type: Hybrid work environment; minimum 3 to 4 days per week in office.
Responsibilities
- Filing, photocopying & scanning onto the shared drive, including Operating Lease documents.
- Keeping the Tenant emergency contact list up to date.
- Tenant Insurance Project.
- Rent collection – 4 th to 6 th of the month – Call Tenant’s to follow-up.
- Prepare broker commission invoices for approval
- Lease Administration – Drafting Offers
- Preparing Letters and Memos
- Welcome letters for new Tenants.
- Sending out couriers.
- Ordering supplies.
- EFT project as requested.
- All other duties as requested.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of previous related in experience in related field
- Prior commercial leasing experience preferred
- Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, attention to detail
- Must be able to read and write in English
